Welcome to the official website of Kyle Raziel
Kyle Raziel was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. He showed interest in music and dance from a very young age. In 2010 he moved to Gauteng to pursue a career in music. In 2011 he played his first solo gig and was also introduced to the widely popular Afrikaans music industry. He was instantly drawn by the energy of the audiences and soon began performing Afrikaans songs, which was extremely well received. He is becoming increasingly popular.
After many years of performing in English & Afrikaans, he introduced a Hindi cover song to audiences and it became a hit at his gigs. This convinced Kyle that we aren’t that different after all and music is a universal language that connects people. It led him to decide that his first single will be an Afrikaans song, a bold step seeing as it is his second language.
While playing gigs at the same venue, Kyle met legendary guitarist Nico De Beer. They shared the same passion for music and a great friendship was formed. Jam sessions soon turned into songwriting sessions and out of the guitar of Nico de Beer, “Een in n miljoen” was born. The song has a fresh new sound with a feel-good vibe and they strongly believe that it will be well-received by audiences.
“Een in n miljoen” will be available for download on all digital platforms from 13th November 2020.
